The $1,000 Freeroll
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A deposit or a purchase does not improve your chance of winning. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor
The contest is sponsored and operated by Runtiva, Inc., Austin, Texas (“Runtiva”). The Fantasy Football Expo is a promotional partner and is not the sponsor. The contest is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the National Football League or any team; league and team names are trademarks of their respective owners.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana and Massachusetts) at the time of entry and who hold a Runtiva account that has passed identity and location verification. Cash prizes are available only in states where Runtiva offers paid contests; the app shows you at signup what is available where you live. Employees, contractors and officers of Runtiva and of The Fantasy Football Expo, and members of their households, are not eligible. Persons who have self-excluded from Runtiva are not eligible.
3. Contest period
Entries open when the NFL Week 4 Sunday slate is published in the app, expected Thursday, October 1, 2026, and close at the lock of that slate: Sunday, October 4, 2026 at 1:00pm Eastern Time. Scoring runs through the end of the last game on the Week 4 Sunday main slate. All times are Eastern Time; Runtiva’s servers are the official clock.
4. How to enter
In the Runtiva app, open the NFL Week 4 Sunday slate, build a lineup under the salary cap using the app’s lineup builder, and enter the contest named “$1,000 Freeroll”. One entry per person. Lineups may be edited until lock. Entries that do not satisfy the salary cap and roster rules at lock are invalid. Multiple accounts, automated entry and entry on behalf of another person are prohibited and result in disqualification.
5. Winner determination
Entries are ranked by total fantasy points under Runtiva’s published NFL scoring rules, as applied by the app. The contest is a game of skill. Ties: entries tied for a place share the combined prize of the tied places equally. Official statistics and any stat corrections are applied per Runtiva’s standard settlement window; the leaderboard is final when the contest is marked settled in the app.
6. Prizes
Total prizes: $1,000 in every case. The number of paid places depends on the number of valid entries at lock: 300 or more entries pay 100 places; 150 to 299 pay 75 places; fewer than 150 pay 50 places. The table in force is shown in the contest in the app before lock.

Prizes are credited to the winner’s Runtiva wallet within three business days of settlement. Withdrawal is subject to Runtiva’s standard identity verification and withdrawal terms. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be substituted. If fewer valid entries finish than the table in force pays, prizes for unfilled places are not awarded.
7. Taxes
Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes. Runtiva issues tax forms where required by law.
8. Publicity
Runtiva may identify winners by username in recap content only with the winner’s consent.
9. General conditions
Runtiva may cancel, suspend or modify the contest for cause, including a data-feed outage, a postponed or cancelled slate, suspected fraud or technical failure, and will announce any change in the app. Runtiva may disqualify any entry that violates these rules, the Runtiva Terms and Conditions or the Runtiva contest rules, which govern anything these rules do not address. Disputes are resolved as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
