Do I need to be 18+ or older?
You must be 18+ (or 21+ where required by state law) to participate in paid contests.

Boosters multiply the points of selected players depending on contest type.
What are Multi-Game Contests?
Contests that span multiple matches. Your cumulative score determines the final ranking.
What happens in case of match cancellation?
If the match is officially cancelled, entry fees are refunded automatically for the match between two teams.
How are tie-breakers handled?
Tied scores result in equal prize splits unless stated otherwise.

The app isn't loading. What should I do?
Please refresh the app, check your internet connection, and ensure you are using the latest version of the application.
Why can't I join a contest?
This may happen if the contest is full, your app is outdated, or your account isn't verified for cash contests.
The leaderboard isn't updating.
Live scoring may have slight delays during peak moments. Final results are calculated based on official match data and verified scoring rules.
The app is crashing.
Restart the app or clear the cache. If crashes continue, send error screenshots to support.
I'm not receiving notifications.
