This U.S. State Privacy Notice ("Notice") supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to you if you are a resident of certain U.S. states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia (collectively, the "Applicable States"). This Notice provides additional information about our practices regarding your personal information as required under these state laws (collectively, "U.S. State Privacy Laws"), such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), and similar laws in other Applicable States.
U.S. State Privacy Laws provide residents of Applicable States with specific rights regarding their personal information. This Notice describes the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we collect it, whether we "sell" or "share" it (as those terms are defined under U.S. State Privacy Laws), and how you can exercise your rights.
Categories of Personal Information We Collect
In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from consumers, depending on how you interact with our services (e.g., participating in fantasy sports contests, creating an account, or using our app or website). Not all categories may apply to every individual:
- Identifiers: Such as real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol (IP) address, email address, account name, Social Security number, driver's license number, passport number, or other similar identifiers.
- Personal Information Categories Listed in the California Customer Records Statute: Such as name, signature, Social Security number, address, telephone number, passport number, driver's license or state identification card number, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information.
- Commercial Information: Records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies (e.g., contest entries, deposits, or withdrawals).
- Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity: Browsing history, search history, information on a consumer's interaction with a website, application, or advertisement.
- Geolocation Data: Physical location or movements (e.g., city and state based on IP address to verify eligibility for contests).
- Sensory Data: Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information (e.g., call recordings with customer support).
- Professional or Employment-Related Information: Current or past job history or performance evaluations (e.g., for age or identity verification).
- Inferences Drawn from Other Personal Information: Profile reflecting a person's preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.
- Sensitive Personal Information: Personal information that reveals: Social Security, driver's license, state identification card, or passport number; account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account; precise geolocation.
We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you unless disclosed otherwise. We may collect sensitive personal information for limited purposes, such as identity verification or fraud prevention, in compliance with applicable laws.
Sources of Personal Information
We collect personal information from the following sources:
- Directly from you (e.g., when you create an account, enter contests, or contact support).
- Automatically from your device or browser (e.g., IP address, usage data).
- From third parties (e.g., service providers for verification, payment processors, or advertising partners).
- Publicly available sources (e.g., for fraud prevention).
Purposes for Collecting and Using Personal Information
We collect and use personal information for the business or commercial purposes described in our main Privacy Policy, including:
- Providing and improving our fantasy sports services, contests, and features.
- Verifying eligibility, age, and location to comply with laws and prevent fraud.
- Processing payments, deposits, and prize payouts.
- Communicating with you, including marketing (with consent where required).
- Analyzing usage and personalizing experiences.
- Complying with legal obligations and protecting our rights.
Disclosure of Personal Information
In the past 12 months, we have disclosed personal information to the following categories of third parties for business purposes:

Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
Under certain U.S. State Privacy Laws, "sale" or "sharing" of personal information may include disclosing it to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration, or for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted advertising).
In the past 12 months, we have "sold" or "shared" the following categories of personal information: identifiers, internet or other electronic network activity, geolocation data, and inferences. This is primarily to advertising partners for targeted ads and analytics. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Your Rights Under U.S. State Privacy Laws
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights:
- Right to Know/Access: Request details about the personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share about you.
- Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to exceptions.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Limit our use of sensitive personal information to necessary purposes.
- Right to Opt-Out of Profiling/Automated Decision-Making: In some states, opt out of automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights (e.g., by denying services or charging different prices).
These rights are subject to verification and certain exceptions under applicable laws. Depending on your place of residence, you may be limited to the number of free requests you can make in a 12-month period. If you exceed the number of requests allotted under applicable law, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee to respond to your request.
The simplest way to delete your account is to:
- Tap on your profile picture in the upper left-hand corner of the app
- From there, tap the Settings icon in the upper right-hand corner
- Scroll down and tap App & Support
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
You may also delete your entire platform account by sending an email to contact@runtiva.com.
If you become aware of changes or inaccuracies in your information, please inform us so that your information may be updated or corrected.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise your rights, please submit a verifiable request via:

Provide sufficient information to verify your identity, such as your account details or other identifiers. We will respond within the timeframes required by law (e.g., 45 days for most requests, extendable where permitted).
You may authorize an agent to submit requests on your behalf, but we may require proof of authorization.
If we deny your request, you may have the right to appeal in certain states. To appeal, contact us at the above email with "Appeal Privacy Request" in the subject line.
Retention of Personal Information
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Notice and our Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Retention periods vary by category (e.g., account information is retained while active, plus a period for legal compliance).
Changes to This Notice
We may update this Notice periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of our Privacy Policy will reflect changes.
